Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further return instructions.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs
Products returned after the 7-day return window
Items missing original packaging or components
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the product and packaging when contacting us. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Since we offer Cash on Delivery only, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another agreed method after you provide the necessary details.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
